We are conscious of the importance of healthy food.

Patatas Bravas a cherished tapas dish known for its crispy potatoes and spicy sauce.

PAPAS BRAVAS

A dish native to Spain. It typically consists of white potatoes that have been cut into 2-centimeter cubes, then fried in oil and served warm with a spicy sauce.

Smooth and silky made with cashew or almonds.

BROCCOLI CREAM

Broccoli heads are boiled and blended into a smooth paste, then whipped along with cashew milk and other herbs.

SQUASH CREAM

Butternut-squash mixed into a silky paste, whipped with cashew milk and herbs. 

GARBANZO CREAM

A mixture of garbanzo and lentils, blended along with cashew milk, the soups is whipped for more creamy texture.

CARROT CREAM

Carrots mixed into a silky paste, whipped with cashew milk and herbs for a zesty flavor.

ASPARAGUS CREAM

Asparagus are blended into a earthy paste then whipped along other herbs, contains almond milk.

Combination of mungo sprouts, lentils, radish, and sunflower micro-greens

Mixed with onions, bell peppers, sunflower seeds, pine nuts and yogi berries.

Herbal, earthy, and crunchy with a hint of quinoa, tomato, cucumber and olives.

Our secret vinaigrette gives it a juicy fresh and citrusy flavor.

Spinach topped with fried shallots, feta vegan cheese, walnuts.

And a mustard vinaigrette.

This is a citrusy and sweet salad, it contains wine, beats, cane sugar, walnuts, peanuts, orange, jicama and other fruit. 

COCONUT ICE CREAM GUERRERO ARTISAN STYLE

Water based young coconut artisan ice cream its made with two buckets, a smaller and a larger one, pouring ice and salt on the large one and then, rotating the small bucket with the mixture of coconut deliciousness until it becomes creamy. 

PASSION FRUIT ICE CREAM

Water based purple passionfruit ice ice-cream, its made with two buckets, a smaller and a larger one, pouring ice and salt on the large one and then, rotating the small bucket with the mixture of passionfruit and agave until it becomes creamy.

Traditional green pozole from the state of Guerrero, we use my grandma's recipe for this delicious savory ancient soup.

GUERRERO STYLE SHRIMP AND FISH SOUP

This is traditional seafood soup made in the southern part of mexico, its flavors are spicy, deep and the epazote gives it an aroma, you can smell from houses down.

TORTILLA SOUP

This delicious soup is traditional of Mexico City, its creamy, warm and has a cilantro kick that makes it pop, the crispness of the tortillas give it a texture that will have you wanting more. 

CLAM CHOWDER

This creamy, and bold clam chowder has potatoes, roasted corn, & other vegetables, pancetta, bacon, clams, its simply delicious.

Seared imported bacalao, baked in a mixture of tomatoes, potatoes, wine vinegar, capers, chillies and olives.

TIRAMISU

An elegant and rich layered Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfinger cookies, espresso or instant espresso, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, Marsala wine, rum and cocoa powder. 

SWEET APPLE SALAD

Creamy sweet apples, orange, pineapple, raisins, walnuts and aromatic spices.

MOSAIC GELATIN

Multiple colors of prepared gelatin, which is then mixed with a sweet, creamy gelatin made with sweetened condensed milk.

NAPOLITAN FLAN

Flan is mixture of ricotta cheese, eggs and sweet condensed milk. Water bathed along side with a top of cajeta.

BERRIES IN CREAM

Mixture of berries; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries submerged in condensed milk and evaporated milk.

CREAMY PINEAPPLE GELATIN

Rich creamy tangy pineapple milk based gelatin, it's delicate & sweet an amazing combination to top any dinner.

PURPLE JAM/ COCONUT EMPANADAS

Traditional Guerrero style velvety bread empanadas also available, in coconut filling.

Our family recipe is creamy smooth and crunchy simple & savory sweet.

CORN PIE

20 year old recipe, we use the same ingredients as our cheese pie, but instead the corn gives it a much fluffy and buttery texture.
